No, she would be the same with just more skill. Tsunade never actually vigorously trained her outside of evasion, most of Sakura's training was reading and learning things herself. Itachi would've gave her more options but Tsuande's arsenal is better than Itachi's, without his sharrigan he would've survive the things Sakura can.
The think about Sakura and Tsunade is you can surpassed perfection, Tsunade chakra contol and techniques were perfect, the only different between the two is that Sakura doesn't need handseals to release her seal.

However she would've surpassed itachi in genjutsu, outside of the sharringan ones, because her chakra control is highly more advanced that his own. Sakura's genjtusu would probably be hard for even him to break free from.

You are crazy if you think base Itachi is doing a thing to Tsunade or Sakura. The same Itachi who ran from Jiraiya when he had backup. Sakura is nearly invulrable to non visual genjutsu now, as seen in the last.

kunerai genjutsu is fodder, Sakura wipes the floor with her. Maybe in the chunnin exams she could've used it.
Its a manga fact and databook fact that Sakura's genjutsu resistance is better than Sasuke's part 1 sharrigan.
