I'm positive she had more chakra back then since this version has the Juubi+some of the chakra of IT victims which already increased her reserves by a margin but is lacking her sons' chakra which would make a huge difference IMO.

I don't think that's how birth works. When my mother gave birth to me, I doubt she lost any of her chakra

Not only what Heni said, but also Hagoromo and/or the Ten-Tails would regenerate any chakra given out, so more chakra is made than what Kaguya originally had herself.

Splitting chakra is different compared to simply sharing it or giving it to someone. Example would be the Shadow Clone Jutsu. You split your reserves amongst your clones and they have to disappear for you to be able to recover that chakra.

It's never been said you can't give chakra to those who haven't had it before. That's literally the only way Hagoromo could have shared it with everyone. Your third sentence makes no sense because splitting the chakra from the Ten-Tails before giving it out to people is literally no different than giving it out to them directly.

You can't use Madara as an example because he wasn't in control of his own body. Kaguya didn't have chakra before eating the fruit but then suddenly had the chakra reserves of the Ten-Tails all to herself. The only time we've seen people have trouble is when the chakra they absorb has a consciousness that intends to get out.

If you agree Hagoromo didn't split his chakra and deny that Hagoromo shared his chakra directly, how else do you think humans were given chakra?
