I just noticed how stupid the OP was.

Indra and Ashura are basically the same non-developed characters.
Madara is definitely not a better character than Hashirama, quite frankly I would put them as more or less standard equally. However, at least Hashirama didn't turn himself into a girl which was Kishimoto's degradation.
Fugaku is a shitty character who ignored his son, and told Itachi he was a gentle child as he sliced his wife in half.
Mikoto is alright but she isn't even half as developed as Kushina.
Itachi is quite wanked and developed, so I won't talk about his faults.
Personally I think Sasuke is more developed than Naruto.
Boruto is more developed than Sarada.

Based on this I think Uchiha really suck bar Sasuke and Itachi. Next generation Uchiha got reduced to this nonsense:

We know Kushinas Nature types Wind,Water and Yin Release. Jutsus Admantine Sealing Chains (which held kurama back twice, Eight Trigram Sealing Style and Four Symbol seal. More jutsus then the fodder Uchiha Matriach.
