OT: Even without FTG, he will be still strong with his sealing jutsu and other things. He also has Sage Mode, so he could use the method Jiraiya was relying on (Having Fukasaku and Shima on his shoulders) to make his SM unlimited if needed. Which is still a huge power-up.
