I am going to explain my theory of how kakashi with no experience of susano'o and yet managed to manifest the final or full body susano'o while under the large scale of pressure of fighting against kaguya (literally god vs men situation) .
Firstly,obito used kamui to travel from the afterlife to the present right? and literally boom just enter kakashi's mind inorder to give kakashi access to his MS.As MS is required in both the eyes inorder for a user to use Susano'o.limited amount of time well this is basically a very weird and far-fetched concept used by kishimoto. But he actually had alot of build-up to use this.
Now you guys get the idea of how kakashi got the sharingan. HOW ON EARTH DID KAKASHI USE FULL SUSANO'O NOT EVEN THE REINCARNATED INDRA COULD DO IT AT FIRST TRY ?
well, like how i mentioned earlier obitio's MS is enhanced by rikudo's chakra( basically the chakra thats in him after the juubito phrase also note it wasnt along time ago he absorbed juubio jinchikuri madara's chakra along with some of the beasts as well ) , This is not something kihsimoto just came up with , ecidence of this can be scene throught the series combining chakra of indra and ashura gives the chakra of hagoromo ( rinnegan ) which is a clear example of same thing happening. So for kakashi a kombat genius who can copy techniques using sharingans more than others with two MS , 1 he's been used to using for years along with additional MS powered by rikudo's power to manifast a perfect susano'o after seeing MADARA SPAM IT ALL OVER and sasuke using it upclose, I guess it makes sense than i gave it credit for. Anyway i am sure i did a decent job but hey maybe i could be wrong as well this just a theory.

- Obito's eyes were enhanced using sage of six paths power( it was mentioned by kakashi several times that rikudo powers enhances ones doujutsu )
- Obito is between the afterlife and the living world as ren says " she's not ready to move on to the afterlife" , therefore its easier to establish a connection from there to the livingworld then the afterlife
- Kakashi is also seen in this state where he meets his dad after getting killed by Pain
- Its not really out of the odinary for a naruto character to have some sort of power over the souls presented in afterlife as Nagato even managed to use his rinnegan to bring back the people who he killed in konoha,Tobirama Kabuto and Orichimaru's ability to summon souls from edo tensei.
- Using the previous point since the rinnegan is a six path enhanced sharingan its cable of to doing something similar to what obito did to create a connection between these two plains.
- Sage of six paths did exactly what obito did to kakashi but instead to naruto and sasuke
So basically its not something only obito could achieve. And he projected himself into kakashi on a spritual level which is like i said similar to what rikudo did as well as how sasuke projected himself into naruto's mind to stop kurama during when yamato,sai,sakura and naruto went into capture sasuke in the series, while sasuke did it using his sharingan to put a form of himself while obito used kamui enhanced by the rikudo's chakra between the pergatory and the mortal world inorder to give kakashi his sharingan.
