Hashirama could make anything about the sharingan OP just by pumping massive amounts of chakra into it's techs. tbh the precognition alone would make him even more broken than he is. I honestly think that's why kishi consistently handed Madz and Sauce upgrades that aligned with Asura, but not vice versa. Having amounts of chakra like Naruto and Hashirama + sharingan is absurdly broken.

He can't use MS for too long and he wouldn't be able to unlock EMS because he's not uchiha.

I don't even think he could even get MS. Kakashi got it because he was within close proximity when Obito awakened his and later it resurfaced after copying it from Itachi when he was hit with Tsukuyomi. That trauma allowed him to access it years later.

During Hashi's period the only MS/EMS users were Madara and Izuna.
Does he have the stamina to use it? Yes, even longer than Kakashi or Danzo could. But it will take its toll possibly. But then again it depends.

Even though those against this have a point he does have some direct lineage to the Sharingan when you consider he is:

An Ashura Transmigrate who is the son of and brother of a doujutsu user. Meaning the DNA is within him although very much diluted and dormant so for this reason I don't see him being as proficient as Madara who's very DNA is more suited to the Sharingan and its abilities.

Like others stated he could probably use it. It just wouldn't be as proficient as Madara's but stronger than Kakashi's use at least.

Hashirama has a tremendous life force which is why Nagato could sustain the Rinnegan.
And kakashi who isn't as powerful eventually became extremely good with the sharigan.
