>Sight = ability to see
>Chakra-Sight = ability to see Chakra
>Chakra-Sight is credited with being able to foresee attacks
>Byakugan is said to be able to foresee attacks (Tenten/Shikadai)
>Byakugan, Rennigan, and Karin can see Chakra better than Sharingan
>All three surpass Sharingan in foreseeing attacks
Byakugan does not have precog. Sharingan uses the sudden changes in chakra to "display" predictions in the viewers field of vision. Byakugan does not do this nor does it need to.

troll or not your explanation doesn't make sense

360 vision is a added bonus for the byakugan and it doesn't mean without it or having a blindspot equates to having no precog

the sharingan doesn't even have that ability at all and is a precog eye

the byakugan has precog

in what form is unknown to use

the limits is also unknown but that is all because it is
a) hard to artistically visual the byakugan in manga/anime form
b) lack of screen time

Byakugan sees ALL as its happening. Sharingan follows movement because people move faster than the eye can see. Becayse of this Sharingan predicts future movements. Byakugan sees all at once so there is no need to follow movement. They are never late. They know exactly when to move.

Logical dissection of feats does point to it having some sort of precog in the form of knowing how the enemy will move in battle. Byakugan did seem to aid Hinata in this regard when she exectuted a combo which pushed Neji into a position where he almost took a direct hit at the very start.

Paying attension to the foot skids hinata left on the ground it does seem to indicate that she followed Neji's speedy body movements and exectuted a maneuver perceptive enough to almost tag someone much faster.

Seems to credit Shikadai's statement.

Even normal people, based on looking at movements can somewhat predict things. It hardly means she can read Neji's movements. Had they both had precognition, the fight would have been very different, with both landing counter-attacks left and right rather than just blocks.
