I don't doubt Ino's capabilities as a ninja, but this sounds kind of far fetched. No one in her clan has ever used their justu's to kill,only to manipulate and extract knowledge or create a telepathic link. She's not really a threat, she's a support character moreso. It would be interesting to see if she could though, but Kishi would never let her have any glory, and if he did, it'd be a filler most likely.
