well chakra control and perfection vary from user to another. But one can never disapprove the Byakugan wielders and their prowess in terms of controlling chakra.

I could find similar databook statements that say Rasengan or Chidori require great chakra control and are difficult to learn. Part I Naruto, who had the worst chakra control of the team, was able to learn and execute the Rasengan. When Naruto messed up during said training, the failed technique exploded right in his hand. By what metric then are you using to compare levels of chakra control when you cite only one example?

Only one example

Tenten explained that here

Show me anyone with chakra control that good that they could release chakra from whole body (except Jinchuriki shrouds)

Tsunade covered her full arms in chakra to reflect Madara's Katon. Tenten said that the slightest Release and Manipulation is difficult to a Jonin but Tsunade can Release chakra from all parts of her body if she wants to.

And that without a Byakugan hence her chakra control will always be > Hyuuga's

Yes she covered her arms in chakra.

No she didn't cover her arms in Chakra. Thats clearly fire on her arms left after she deflected Madara's Katons with them.

even in that translation you show it says Byakugan is needed while in other says its impossible without Byakugan. Its sa,e this requires Byakugan.

It boils down to the same thing, though.

Not exactly. In the first one, some people will misinterpret the translation as it saying the Byakugan grants great chakra control, which it does not actually state.

I believe he stated that good chakra control is required for the tech. Both translations mean more or less the same thing.

It is chakra why else would the "smoke" from the Fire jutsu disappear out of the blue?

She clearly ran out of chakra and her chakra arm disappeared too.

Also the anime portrayed her this way too. So you lose alt fodder.
