Neji is matched against someone with Minato level reflexes in Base let alone in V1 and let alone in V2. Raikage stomps him in both scenarios regardless of what his fans have to say about his skill.

Lmao butthurt hyuugafaps disliking.

Yup that's correct. So essentially it would be reflexes > taijutsu correct? So if I replace raikage with ms sasuke or kcm naruto the latter would win in taijutsu since he did react to v1 raikage

They definitely aren't Hyuga fanboys.

But anyway, reflexes>Taijutsu skill if there is a large gap. Idk if Sasuke would win though. The gap in reaction speed is nowhere near as large as it is in this match and Neji has Gentle Fist so the slightest touch results in damage. With a weapon Sasuke would definitely stomp but without? It could go either way leaning in Sasuke's favor.

Ok, hate to do this. But I'm use fire emblem (or any rpg) analogy. Skill just means how effective they land their style. Speed determines the rate at which they avoid clashes and increases the chance of striking first successfully. So basically, sasuke needs the sword or some cqc enhancement like chidori to improve his odds to end neji before the latter completes his move. For example: 3t sasuke had enough speed to parry v1 raikage but he didn't have the skill set effective enough to put him down in time before raikage use his very high skill moment to liger bomb sasuke. Essentially skill > speed can only be true if the gap isn't too large like you said and 2. The skill is strong enough to end the move quickly Other wise what good is speed offensively if the skill is negligible enough to be countered. Is this what you're kinda saying in the bolds? Lol

Yup. This is pretty much almost exactly what I'm saying.

I'm glad people don't actually think Neji would win. He did NOT get good representation in Part 2. Not at all.

It's nearly impossible to gauge speeds for most of the rookies during the War arc. There's a very small sample size, which usually becomes analyzed to insane levels (the only one I can remember for Neji would be intercepting the Juubi's attack with his own body).
