Well if you don't have a personal issue with the Hyuga you'll realize even though it wasn't outright stated in the manga, there were statements that kind of hinted at predictive capabilities if you understood the mechanics of the eye. So if we go by the literal meaning of the words, the byakugan does have precog however the Sharingan's is higher considering its own ability is clairvoyance (seeing the future?)

That scan is very informative. Sasuke basically says that anyone who can read Chakra has predictive capabilities, which all three dojutsu have. Of course, predicting future movements isn't the same as knowing them, which is what precognition is. So I think Byakugan had predictive capabilities up until now, but part 3 gave it precognition too.

also, linear attacks are super predictable as always for one with a dojutsu, this was also stated in Sasuke VS Gaara.

Sasuke was being held in place beyond his means of escape, no way to use precog.

Sasuke already evaded Killer Bee's attack in a panel before, you'd imagine that his Mangekyo would allow him to doge it again but whatever, Plot.

Sasuke jumped in front of that shuriken attack to protect Sarada, it was an optional thing.

Madara's Sharingan was deactivated and he was caught from behind. Not necessarily a valid scan.

If Hinata had a drop prcog ability she would've easily been able to put up a better resistance against Deva Path and wouldn't have had to step in front of Naruto to protect him against those fodder spikes, she would've just simply pushed him out the way or got them out HERSELF. Neji being 5x stronger and more adpeth with his bykugan would've easily rendered those spikes fodder with foreknowledge of them coming. Now as for Hinata having "rikudo chakra"... she gave it or transferred it to Naruto because she couldn't use it, point blank.

Kishi's ultimate dojutsu was the byakugan. Sharingan helped push the series and show and create depth for it. The Byakugan can be traced back to an Alien race thats how deep Kishi's going back. Look at all the times he hinted about the Hyuuga's clans secrets. In time its only going to be revealed and all you salty Uchiha fans are gonna see in your face the Byakugan becoming superior than the sharingan.
