Precognition is one of the key abilities that put's the Sharingan beyond the Byakugan. I'm afraid the Byakugan doesn't allow precog because it isn't stated to exist in the manga.

Just because Neji could "keep up" with Naruto while using Nine-Tails chakra doesn't mean he could read Naruto's attacks. Having good reflexes and a dojutsu doesn't mean they are intertwined. Let's be honest with ourselves and wait before coming to conclusions.
