used twised= no S rank or A rank jutsu next turn

making the water explode under you (or infront mof you) in a instant one handseal S-Rank explosion in which straight after with sharingan 3 tomoe activated this forms around your neck.

It wraps around you suffocating you while pulling you into the water and suffocate, very close to dead.

Your on the water/close to the water so you'd be effected and you'd be really badly hurt and body parts would proberly no longer work.

You do relize that I obviosly fought sharingan users before,and wouldnt look in your eyes.Plus I can predict your movements using your legs.(In bio) So no,I didnt look at you.Want to re-do it.

the user is able to manupilate the flames only at close range. this juts will last fro 3 turns unless it is put out
