Did Naruto and Sasuke lost chakra Hagoromo shared to them

I am not saying they lost Rikudo type of chakra I know they have it. I am saying did they together with seal lost half of chakra Hagoromo gave them.

I mean like it or not their adult feats are pathetic .Its easy to say nerf but I think there is explanation and that is that they lost half of chakra Hagoromo gave them.

I don't think the seals effected their chakra at all. Its not that they are weak, the writers just don't seem to know how to make proper use of them now after being gifted those god like powers.

Naruto can go within himself at anytime and call upon the chakra of the bijuus and his potential is still limitless. Sasuke with his doujutsu's is the same.

Yes, they lost Hagoromo's own chakra, but have developed their own Six Paths chakra now. It's why Sasuke was able to use Black Chidori by utilizing Hagoromo's Six Paths Sage chakra, but can no longer since he can't produce Sage chakra himself.
