Reasons why Boruto's "dojutsu" has NOthing to do with Tenseigan!

1- First of all, he's still a NON-byakugan user! Saying that a non-byakugan user can unlock Tenseigan is akin to the claim that an uchiha individual can activate Mangekyou (or Rinnegan) without having already activated the Sharingan (which is LITERALLY impossible)!!!
2- the MAIN power the tenseigan gives its user is that Greenish chakra mode:

3- Mitsuki has already a Tenseigan-like mode of chakra with the same Green-ish color (according to Kishimoto's official coloring) + an OBVIOUS pair of Byakugan.

4- Toneri becoming canon is supporting the theory that Mitsuki and Toneri are "genetically" related.

You didn't answer how come Boruto can jump to the Tenseingan despite having NO byakugan up to now?? Madara didn't jump right away to the Rinnegan without awakening the Sharingan and Mangekyou Sharingan eyes first!

If he does really have Byakugan, he MUST have it in both eyes! Byakugan is a Base-dojutsu like the Sharingan. We've never seen a Uchiha— or even a half uchiha like Sarada— unlocks Sharingan just in one eye.

We going to have to wait and see how the author explains that one. It could be similar to how Himawari got the eyes whilst her pupils looked nothing like that of a Hyuuga.

Boruto doesn't even have the eye in the manga (not yet) can't talk about his there then. This is about whats going on in the anime and her eyes are not the same as her mom
