If Boruto eye is a Byakugan is it possible for Boruto to learn that technique assuming it is a Byakugan / Gentle fist style techinque. Sasuke who faced this technique should be able to teach it to Boruto.

Sharingan allows the user to learn how to use a jutsu, even if the user can't use the the jutsu. Sasuke may know how to use Ice Style, but can't use it. Madara saw Hashirama Mokuton, but once Madara got the required DNA then he could perform Mokuton also.
