If Sasuke summons the gedo he would be synced by black chakra weapons, and it'll be all over because Black zetsu can force Sasuke to become kaguya if he ever became jyubi jinchuuriki. He wouldn't have a choice. That's why he didn't use it against Naruto in their fight.

Also, Sasuke never had the intention to become a Ten-Tails' host because if he did, he wouldn't be able to complete his goal, ridding the world of all sources of evil (ex. the Tailed Beasts), without having to kill/paralyze himself to extract them.

Just because Kaguya is the mazo means nothing. She can't take you over unless you awaken 3rd eye and put people under IT. BZ can't manipulate Sasuke he already know about Kaguya BZ and the Uchiha tablet being messed with. Like a said before he used his Susano'o because he wanted to kill the bijuu's afterwards why become a jin when that wasn't his goal.

Yes, but utilizing Susano'o does not require the full form of the Tailed Beast(s), nor does it give risk of "paralyzation"/death. Black Zetsu is sealed with the Demonic Statue, but that has zero relevance since they're not even at the same layer to be touching. Regardless, the Rinnegan only summons the Demonic Statue, not everything sealed in the Planetary Devastation.
