No, you simply just post panels and not comprehend it. tobi's statment is from overusing susanoo by the amount of times sasuke activated susanoo, not how long he maintained susanoo. Your logic would only be correct if for some odd reason itachi decided to turn off-on his mangekyou and susanoo several times repeatedly in the course of the battle which obviously he wouldn't especially with unlimited stamina that basically nulls the point to the side effects of susanoo and therefore defeats the only win condition minato had against itachi or any relevantly strong character for that matter.

He isn't using frog call against itachi, maybe if he hid far away in a favorable terrain like jiraiya to summon them then cast it, I guess. But let's not sit here and forget that the only reason it worked as perfectly as it did was because nagato wasn't proficient at genjutsu nor likely predict the least likely person to cast gen in the first place (jiraiya) and even then, minato would need to be in SM with them molded onto him to pull it off successfully if wants to protect the frogs so they can cast it, and that's if they actually aim for the right itachi since he has plentiful of clones to counter or fool it.

Pfft, that's bogus. Clones are able to cast their own genjutsu, susanoo's etc that could easily force minato to unintentionally focus his offensive techniques on. Longer the battle, the more likely itachi would had figured out that one-trick pony that is minato which is simply to figure out a way to intercept minato when he exits out of FTG to use his rasengans. So as I said, removing that stamina restrictions was the only cause to minato's victory.

Minato and Itachi goes on forever as neither has a way to take down the other or Minato beats him w/ Fukasaku and Shima's Genjutsu while Obito, Sasuke and Madara win their matches with mid diff at the worst.

He beats them all bar PS using frog song, and since he has unlimited stamina, toads gang bang any uchiha susano bar PS. And using genjutsu on toads is countered by using ki on them and naruto was already broken out of itachi's genjutsu by sakura and chiyo so it works. Yes tsukoyomi will end any toad but it will cause backlash for itachi, resulting in his death. No MS user can beat unrestricted minato. Obito would be most difficult due to kamui and hashirama's cell thus no backlash. But frog song ends him too if he opts for susano.

The moment you awaken mangekyou your eyes progress to blindness. Itachi says it flat out. Any use of ms techs only speeds up the process. So if you wanna be technical about it you can awaken the eyes never use them and still end up blind.

Minato is a sensor, so no it doesn't work both ways. Thy only genjutsu of consequence in itachi's arsenal is tsukuyomi.

Wouldn't be a merk of he wins, it would be high difficulty either way.

Obito is already marked by Minato so Minato starts with an advantage. FTG outspeeds Kamui by canon. With Offensive Kamui Minato will have to be far more cautious this time around, but there's no reason he can't FTG out of that either. No Susano'o for protection, which means he'll rely on Defensive Kamui, which Minato already knows how to exploit and can work that into his strategy here, especially with Obito marked.
