Air Palm is blunt force combined with the precision of Byakugan, so Hinata's gonna be able to land the hit anywhere she wants considering she aimed Ino's Mind Transfer PERFECTLY to Obito from many, many, many meters away.

She also has enough precision to use 64 Palms. If she can aim and align the needle-tip tiny Chakra Points on her fingers at needle-tip tiny points on non-static opponents all while factoring in recoil and moving around to prevent the opponent from escaping her combo attack, aiming at a massive forehead will be no problem.

30% Kisame forced Gai into 6th Gate in order to defeat him, a testament to his power even at just 30%. Even managed to best him multiple times in taijutsu and speed. Funniest thing about this whole thing is people use the whole Kisame being at 30% to undermine Neji managing to hit Kisame with Air Palm when that clone alone was enough to force Gai beyond 5th Gate. That itself shows how fast Air Palm is.

Neji's Air Palm was fast enough to strike 30% Kisame w/o him being able to react, a massive testament to its speed. Air Palm itself is also invisible, so Sakura can't see it coming anyways, much like how Kisame didn't see it coming despite how far away Neji was when he used the technique and despite the fact that there was literally nothing between Kisame and Neji.

Hinata's Air Palm is on par or surpasses Neji's due to the two using Air Wall Palm together, which would mean the speed of the attacks would need to be the same in order for the attack to even be effective, and Hinata now has Rikudo Chakra, meaning she can replicate the feat she did against the Juubi's hand, which is far more force than what knocked out Sakura.
