Open palm =/= Jyuken. Real life martial arts even utilize open palm fighting styles. Bolt just picked up the basics without any application of flowing Chakra. Because he can't w/o Byakugan. Not to mention no where is it said that was Jyuken.

Sasuke hit Gaara's sand with an open palm strike, doesn't mean he has Jyuken.

Hinata also practiced with an open palm style when training. Doesn't mean she was using Jyuken on a dead tree trunk. Hiashi also trained Hinata with open palm fighting style when she was 3, doesn't mean he was damaging that literal toddler's organs during a training session, his own child mind you :lol
