Is Kaguya really immortal?

Hidan, Orochimaru and even Madara all of them said they were immortal and they died (Orochimaru multiple times)

If she wasn't she wouldn't be able to come back to earth after thousands of years, the reason they needed to seal her away is because she CAN'T be killed in the first place.

Yes, which is why the strongest sealing tech ever shown was the only thing capable of stopping her. Kaguya being immortal is practically a fact no one should have to deny at this point in time.
