No one forgot, it's just that only about 4-5 people on here ever cared about it to begin with

I said EMS and KCM and considering that this is Kishi's thought on the context it's a fact.
yes but sakura said that when they had rikodou power if i recall correctly, shes not even kcm power more like pain arc sm naruto( might be hallcuniating about her saying it at rsm level but my point still stands)

Uzumaki based technique that is so lame that they gave it away for free to a non clan based ninja

Free? Nah fam, you gotta have to have had reached the pinnacle of chakra control and enlightened concentration to have it. That's not free....

that is free

no price, doesn't care if anyone else uses it

taught it to someone without asking for something in return

Uzumaki's already have chakra based control and some even have healing factors so likely they don't even care

If it's free, whu couldn't Shizune manifest it? Using your logic Shizune for damn sure should've had the seal when she was first introduced in the manga.

no price, doesn't care if anyone else uses it

Definition: Price • that which must be given, done, or undergone in order to obtain a thing.

Context & how it applies: The Strength of 100 seal or Byakugō no In is a skill learned not inherited nor facilely given, you need the highest form of control control along with ability to send vast amounts of chakra over an extended period of time into a specific point on their body continuously for years.

In other words, that which must be given is to manifest the seal is the highest form of control control.

What must be done or undergone in order to obtain a thing (Or The Strength of 100 seal or Byakugō no In) is sending vast amounts of chakra over an extended period of time continuously.

Not free.. .

taught it to someone without asking for something in return

What did Naruto give Jiraiya when he taught him rasengan? What did sasuke give Kakashi for teaching him chidori?

Lmao flawed logic.

Uzumaki's already have chakra based control

Ok and? Can you prove every Uzumaki member possed Sakura's chakra control? Ninjutsu period rest, is supported and depends on controling chakra on nominal level.
and some even have healing factors so likely they don't even car

The original purpose of the seal is to store chakra, Tsunade created the techs years after mito had it.

you are mixing things up

free ≠ not being able to do it

I give a person a car but they can't drive it and may not be able to ever drive it due to their poor eyesight (legally blind)

that doesn't mean I didn't give them the car for free

the move is available for anyone to learn and if they qualify, congrats you get it

it isn't unique, it isn't forbidden and it sure as hell isn't any longer important for the Uzumaki clan

Also tossing in the rasengan and Chidori logic is hilarious since

a) I didn't mention about it
b) if the person wanted to give it to someone to learn then congrats it is like the Byakugou

Also chidori itself is more restricted then the above two since it requires even more regulations

some of which might only be applicable to certain KKG which narrows the margin

No your mixing things up

Free = without cost (cost is defined as the effort, loss, or sacrifice necessary to achieve or obtain something) or payment (payment is defined as the action or process of paying someone or something, or of being paid.

free ≠ not being able to do it

which cannot apply because if you don't have the chakra control necessary to manifest the seal then you can't willed it or possessive because it's something no one can give you. It's something you have to develop yourself or get in your words.

I give a person a car but they can't drive it and may not be able to ever drive it due to their poor eyesight (legally blind)

Again no one can give you Byakugou because if that were the case Shizune would have it. Obtaining Byakugou is an individual task that requires individual skills (chakra control and concentration).

Your analogy is intellectually dishonest so allow me to put it into perspective or better context.. Byakugou would be more like showing a person the dealerships where they can go get a car in addition to how to get it using their own money or credit.

the move is available for anyone to learn and if they qualify, congrats you get it

Lol not just anyone can learn it and not just anyone has the highest control over their chakra (pinnacle of chakra control) because if that were the case SHIZUNE would have it.

it isn't unique, it isn't forbidden and it sure as hell isn't any longer important for the Uzumaki clan

(1) It is unique or being the only one of its kind; unlike anything else.

(2) Byakugou or Ninja Art: Mitotic Regeneration: One Hundred Healings is a forbidden jutsu.

(3) There arent enough Uzumaki's alive for the clan to have any type of consensus on one of their forbidden techniques.

I could've responded to the rest of your reply but I've already won the argument.
