True, Sasuke was pretty much at KCM/ BSM Naruto at this point. Even without PS, the legged Susanoo or Enton Covered shield Susanoo would be enough to handle both of them.

But it wouldn't be a neg. I'd say mid difficulty at least, high diff at best.

This definitely wouldn't be a low diff.

Gaara's sand tanks Amaterasu and based on location should give Susanoo some trouble. Muu's close range Jinton should be beneficial but it also makes him vulnerable to amaterasu.

Sasuke but I'm guessing both ways high difficulty.

With Cylinder unrestricted: Gaara/Muu med difficulty

With cylinder AND PS unrestricted: Sasuke easily

The only thing king he can't do in that state is jinton it never said he couldn't do any nin jutsu in that state

And even if that was the case what is stopping mu from nuking that legged Susanno especially when gaara is there to put up defenses the only thing mu has to worry about is Amaterasu

Since Cynlinder Jinton is restricted Mu will have to move in close to use Cubical dust release.

In reference to his ninjutsu it was never stated he couldn't do it while invisible however based on manga facts Sasuke should be able to see Muu when he is invisible just like Kakashi spotted that one invisible shinobi with Sharingan.
