people forget that the Uchiha unlock the Susanoo after getting MS and steadily evolve it

but if the User loses their eyes they can still use Susanoo it is in the genes were it matters (as seen with Madara)

hence why each Uchiha's Susanoo is different even if the user takes another Uchiha users eyes for EMS

Rotation can counter Amaterasu. Even a Chakra Cocoon could.

Jyuken can destroy Chakra, so it can possibly counter Amaterasu as well and Susano'O.

Genjutsu, Tsukyomi, and Shisui's tech w/e it was called are all meaningless against Byakugan.

Byakugan provides enhancements to users reflxes and sensory/tracking capabilities as well as seeing Chakra build up, so that in some ways counters Sharingan Precognition. Not to mention precog doesn't work on Chakra, so Air Palm, Chakra Fields, and OBB could still prove troublesome.

Any Ninjutsu learned by copying can be countered by Jyuken's chakra-destruction abiliites

Any genjutsu can be countered by closing one's eyes.

Any taijutsu can be countered by controlling an opponents momentum using a Chakra field and repelling attacks with OBB/Air Palm.

And Vacuum Attack can easily destroy Susano'O too.

Agreed, I think when you compare Hyuga vs Uchiha it's easier to just say Hyuga power vs Uchiha power instead of specific dojutsu vs specific dojutsu.

But Susanoo is still associated with the Sharingan's power, likewise the Juken should be associated with the Byakugan's power because it still relies on Byakugan's insight.
