Molding chakra such as using chakra for a fire technique is different from concentrating it to your hand. Kakashi notes that moving chakra to your limbs is incredibly difficult and is a Jonin feat, he never claimed that merely molding chakra was a Jonin feat.

No channeling chakra to your hands and feet is a Joan level technique because you're doing it without the aid of hand sign what is crucial for performing techniques that revolve around complex chakra control

Yes, Chakra is an innate ability. No reason to assume she can't control it when Itachi was doing the same as well. Heck, Hiashi was training Hinata in Gentle Fist when she was three anyways.

Using the quote from the first post, it says it can be used standalone, but when coupled with Kaguya's "perfect doujutsu", its potential becomes far larger.

I don't know what dojutsu refers to (could be Byakugan, RinneSharingan, or both), but assuming that refers to Byakugan alone, that could mean nothing more than using it as a scope to aim at weak points the same way Neji did when using Air Palm.

Anyways, given the naming style, the method in which the attack is performed, it being listed as Taijutsu KKM same way Rotation or Air Palm is a Taijutsu KKG, and the simple fact that a CLEAR comparison was made between Vacuum Attack and Air Palm with the only difference being noted is the POWER level, it's safe to say it's clearly a Byakugan ability.

We have no idea whether or not she's seen or been taught how to do that. Gentle Fist is a fighting style, not a bloodline limit, and this has been said in the manga. The only intrinsic abilities it has been said to have are being able to see chakra (and the chakra systems) and have extended vision (range and field).

Only one of three things could have happened: she already knew how, she used pure force on a specific point, or the most likely, she was already subconsciously releasing chakra due to her anger. There's no clear answer, so using that specific moment as your only evidence is lackluster.

Or maybe it's the fact the Hyuuga exclusively have the innate ability to release chakra from any and all pressure points without training. Look over the details of those two techniques and tell me where they require the Byakugan.
