I love when people use the argument of Naruto wanting to defeat the opponent who may be stronger than Kaguya as a note to him leaving his family for years w/o contact, when Sasuke was still ignoring Sakura and Salad before the mission even started.

When Kishimoto already said that 615 was when Naruto's heart connected with Hinata's, when they understand each other by just looking at each other, when Naruto has shown legit fear at Hinata being in danger multiple times and even wanted to ditch Sasuke and Sakura for her, while Sasuke constantly has a IDGAF face.

But according to you, a "neutral" party, a husband neglecting the wife who only loves him for hsi looks anyways, yet doesn't understand him emotionally at all, and has spent so little time with him she can't tell if her wore glasses, the same wife he had previously tried to murder and walked all over her with his insults and mockery, who's mentally tortured her by genjutsu, neglected her for over a decade along with their daughter, and refuses to spend a shred of time with either even when in the village, this is a better relationship.

Agree. My feelings for Sasuke are mixed, but even I can see how bad this pairing is for both characters, and even Salad. NS fans were definitely the more logical Sakura fans. Likewise for SK fans with Sasuke. It's pathetic that so-called Sakura fans still defend this trash, but what can one expect when the only thing they have to cling to for Sakura is a garbage ship? Of course they'll defend it with their lives, even though they know how stupid and nonsensical it is.

You call Naruto figuring out Hinata loves him from Genjutsu a big thing despite him not understanding romance, yet ignore everything else the relationship has while also ignoring every bad thing about SS.

Again, I ask, how is it easier to digest an off-paneled bond that has a decade-long separation, where neither understand each other emotionally, where one side cares only for looks, where the other leaves at the drop of a hat and never shows romantic affection, not even willing to kiss his wife, where they've tried to murder and mentally torture and black mail one another VS a bond that got a whole movie, where they grew close together and fell in love, a bond that we saw go dates, support each other emotionally multiple times when the other was down, a bond where they can understand and feel each other without any outward communication

Kishimoto has even said their hearts are connected and that the two were meant to be while he called SS contrived and refused to show it because of how OOC it would be.
