if izanagi is used (which it will) could he respawn and attack pain within the 5sec cooldown.

- should also mention in the op that he already formed the seals to activate the izanagi engine.

Can Danzo use izanagi to respawn even if he is not killed? I was never sure of this since the manga says that any bad things that happen to him can be rewritten as a dream, not just death. However he was only shown to respawn when he was killed. I would say Deva can restrain him with chakra rods and wait until izanagi runs out before finishing him, but maybe Izanagi can let him respawn even if he is not killed.
