Shikotsumyaku is just a weaker version of Kaguya's all killing ash bones. the Kaguya clan who possess that KGG could be from Indra descents who is himself Kaguya's grandson. so maybe he also possessed it .

Those are Indra's eye brows...not dots like Kimimaro.
