I've been researching on the K-11 ranking and so far I can say with certainty that Neji, Shikamaru, Sakura and Shino certified Jonin's.

I'm not sure honestly. Just where I would place them. Though wouldn't K11 all be jonin? I mean after the part they played in the war and many of them faced Akatsuki members I find it hard to believe they aren't all Jonin unless they quit being Ninja.
