well.. both has the feat of pushing a Bijuu sized object. Hiruzen Enma staff is more versatile but the Air Wall Palm seems more powerful. IDK which one would be the most effective

Enma pushing back Kurama is filler only. It's the most logical explanation for Kurama getting pushed out of the village, but isn't actually shown in the manga.

To answer the thread, Enma is the better option by a pretty big margin.
