This info is coming from the boruto novel, so we may be seeing this in the anime.
Description about the otsutsuki(Momoshiki?)

Snakebutt comes out when there is some kind of "order". When Boruto summons "it" this is the first time it appears in this world.

Mitsuki appears on 5th episode, Mitsuki's gaiden happens before he comes to Konoha. Mitsuki's thoughts have him thinking of Boruto as the sun, and he will be the "moon" that shines from the sun. The novel also mentions Mitsuki's "sage mode", the author seems to put effort in all these details, the novel has all these scenes that are comparable to the movie
"The last lesson" is "Boruto, Mitsuki, Shikadai"'s last lesson. Shino thinks he is not fit to be a teacher because he is shaken by many things, he finds Kurenai to talk about it. When he finally gathers his confidence he goes back to the academy, only to have so many things happen again that he feels stressed out, when he got frustrated the black shadow (presumably the snake) attacks him. He then decides to kill Boruto, Mitsuki and Shikadai, the "problem students".
The 6th episode is basically Boruto, Mitsuki and Shikadai 3 man VS Shino.
Iruka is the academy's principal.
The 6th episode lastly had the appearance of someone that's similar to Momoshiki, most probably is an ōtsutsuki. No idea if he/she has anything to do with the snakebutt.

The dark skies full of stars, a gloomy, desolate land extends infinitely, it is unknown where this scene took place. There weren't supposed to be living things, but there appears a figure casually floating on air. It was a youngster dressed in an intriguing robe, with beautiful white hair and pale white skin. While he has a young appearance, it seemed like he lived long years of isolation, surrounded by an atmosphere that reveals he is experienced, but with an unclear age. "The stars, foretelling an ominous atmosphere --" He whispers as he closed his eyes, facing a blue planet. The world where Boruto and his friends live in....the planet full of chakra. "The harvesting season is coming. As expected, the key is - - he who has the eye, huh?
