Her character will still be disappointing to many then including me. She was a MC from Naruto and just like Naruto and Sasuke, people expect more from her.

The mere fact that Sakura has managed to master all of Tsunades skills which in themselves required Sakura to have mastered chakra control along with attaining a wealth of knowledge on many level of medical sciences/practices diminishes your flawed comparison to Hinata not having mastered all of her clans techniques. The fact that she can't use all of the abilities (Rotation/Wall Palm) in her branch jutsu and Sakura can in her specific branch of expertise kills your argument of me being biased.

Yeah Guy and Lee always pushed themselves to the max which is why i believe they both belong on the list i just hope Metal Lee can add nintaijutsu to his fighting style just so he wouldn't be a complete carbon copy of his predecessors

Anyone saying Hinata is just foolish beyond comparison.

She has one of the most potential in the series.
Despite not having shown using Rotation or other Hyuga techs, doesn't mean she can't or already hasn't learned them. She also has lightning and fire release. She has the potential to learn jutsu's with those affinities and implement them with her Hyuga techs making her even more powerful than she already is. She also has Hamura's chakra to play around with. She is far from reaching her max potential.
