Technically both her and Boruto share the same genes so potentially they could both do byakugan and Boruto's eye.

that is just speculation since there is nothing denying it or agreeing with it and there are no hints of that being the case except Orochi sending his child to Boruto

and if it was more then just Boruto then Orochi would've also gave Mitsuki some info about Sarada and in Gaiden we saw Orochi having no interest in her or her Mother

Doubt it. Hamura and Hagoromo/Indra and Ashura developed differently after all.
