It seems due to forgetfulness and also due to Mitsuki's sage mode over taking the limelight, we have forgotten that Mitsuki also has some other confirmed abilities.
Let us just say like this Manga Special we too lost our former memories and need to be reminded.
1. Abilitiy to repel Barriers
Like how the Sound 4 or the 4 Hokages can form a barrier it seems Mitsuki can repel it.
the extent of this ability is yet to be known but it seems to be ingrained in his DNA rather then it being a taught skill, due to the fact that he literally had no memories.
2. High performance reaction speed to surprise attacks.
Now other hinted abilities.
He has a clone brother that is older then him and has the same DNA. Some moves/abilities were either shown via him or hinted at.
1. Armour Eater
2. Paralyse Jutsu
3. The ability to steal and Implant memories?
Bonus: Also Mitsuki's potential is hyped up to exceed Orochimaru's capabilities.
So already has more potential to beat end series Sakura as well as any of the 3 Sanins due to the fact that Sakura is below Tsunade and Orochimaru, Jiriaya and Tsunade are on similar leagues.
Also Mitsuki's sage mode has high performance speed to which Orochi himself could not only react to but to which also had his scroll taken from him to his astonisment. Plus it seems the sage mode chakra in forms of snakes can physically interact with objects like Naruto's Kyuubi chakra cloak.

Mitsuki is capable of reacting quickly to a surpise attacks especially even if his mental state is at a point of empty flux and stress.

An ability to supress and seal an individual in some black substance. Only is able to be released if the user is stunned, agrees to realse or knocked out. Orochi was able to be freed via poisoning Adult Mitsuki beforehand.
2. Paralyse Jutsu
Another subdoiung technique that paralyses the individual. Orochi was able to not fall under the technique due to either prepping himself for it via DNA manipulation or that they acted the scene out in order to set up the scene Later on for Mitsuki to unlock his Sage Mode.
3. The ability to steal and Implant memories?
It is not certain that if this ability actually existed or was a set up via the ploy for Mitsuki to unlock Sage mode. Although we haven't seen Adult Mitsuki use the ability, the fact that Orochimaru hints that Mitsuki failed for the 6th time and that Mitsuki has lost his memories from failing the planned test might mean that Adult Mitsuki might actually have the ability and erases Mitsuki's memories in order to reset the mission again.
