I just asked Platty if it said anything about their stats being accumulated on a Hokage-level average (in Example, Boruto's team stats are ranked on a 90 average, with that being the average for a Genin).

Team 7's stats have no higher level average, in fact I don't even think it says it.

Boruto's stats seemingly being on par and/or in some cases better than Team 7, especially regarding dexterity. Along with the fact that he has multiple chakra natures, high evasion, and four stars in Ninjutsu like Sasuke.
