"Moving forward we'll be looking at one of the first Water familiars. Weave a set of hand seals while manipulating our convenient source of water..." Nagato motions toward the lake a few meters from where they were standing on the field. "Shape it into a giant wolf. It has a potent B-Rank stream of water that it can release as well as use its claws to unleash torrential waves of water. It's a rather simple creation, but it serves a solid basis for future familiar-like techniques that you may even create yourself."
(Suiton: Mizu Shishi) - Water Release: Water BeastRank: A
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user after performing the Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram and by manipulating a pre-existing water source and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth equivilant to B rank, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash away the enemies.
Note: The Water Beast remains active for three turns
"Excellent. The next technique can be useful to disrupt an opponent's positioning. With a water source and hand motions you'll generate a vortex that launches an opponent upwards. With a second hand gesture you're able to dispel it. Opponents will be able to react to the generation of the vortex, which some will directly deal with it without moving by using an Earth technique while others may just evade it. In either case it creates an opportunity for you to capitalize on, especially if they move."I perform the dog, horse, monkey & ram hand seals then mould suiton chakra and channel it through the ground and into the lake. I then raise a suitable portion of water and by using shape manipulation I create a wolf-like beast capable of launching torrents/streams of water.

( Suiton: Arekuruu Hayase ) - Water Release: Raging RapidsRank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: Using their skills with Water Release, the user generates a powerful vortex of water around their enemy with a swing of their arm that sends them flying upwards and then dispels it with another hand gesture. (Requires a water source).
Note: Tobirama and Mei terumi can perform this without a water source.
"Nice work. I rather like the next technique, and I don't see it used often enough. While simple in its nature it reminds me a lot of Lighting Release in the elemental senbon usage, but that doesn't matter much. Anyways, mold your water chakra and release it in the form of senbon from your mouth, aimed at your target's vital organs. You can use a bit of advanced description here aiming at specific locations; with the technique you could easily disable someone instead of just outright killing them. Unlike many water techniques, which focus on simply smashing your opponent with a large blast or wave of water, this technique has a bit of tact/elegance in its accuracy."I channel some more suiton chakra into the lake and by flicking my wrist upwards I signal a portion of water to rise. I then spin it clockwise onto itself and with every passing second it gets more powerful as it gets faster and bigger. With another flick I extract my chakra from the water and so it ceases to be the vortex it was.

( Suiton: Tenkyū ) - Water Release: Heavenly WeepingType: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: A technique in which chakra is kneaded in the user's body, transformed into water and then shaped into senbon in the mouth before finally being expelled at a high velocity. The needles are shot in an attempt to catch the enemy off guard, while also aiming at their vitals.
"This will be the last of the A-Ranks. Fluid Step is an extremely useful Water Release technique, perhaps one of the most useful. Created by one of the greatest water masters known you harness the moisture in the air and create water beneath your feet, a feat that few Water users can accomplish. Using that water you essentially slide as if you were on ice. This enhances your range of movement making you faster, more elegant, and fluid in your maneuvers. It is a great technique to use in conjunction with Taijutsu."I transform the suiton chakra I've gathered in my mouth into water. I part a small gap in my lips from which I expel water senbons at a high velocity. A useful jutsu - you can send a wave of these senbons towards your opponents face and upper chest as well as send a few towards their legs that could go unnoticed until it's too late.

(Suiton: Ryuutai Suteppu) - Water Style: Fluid StepRank: A
Type: Defensive
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Ryuutai Suteppu is a very simple taijutsu technique with the enhancement of water. When being attacked in close range, the user will focus his chakra in the moisture of the air and materialize water beneath his feet. He will then use that water to slide back and forth in the ground as if he were standing on ice. However unlike ice, the user has complete control over his fluid movements. Can be used quite effectively to boost the randomness of movement when using Drunken Style. This technique will last for two turns, but the user will be restricted in using no other elemental affinities.
Note: Can be used twice
Note: Must have mastered Taijutsu

"Yeah, it could. Good observation. Now we'll begin to wrap things up with the S-Ranks. We'll begin with the Severing Wave. This technique is famous for its magnificent cutting potential, being able to slice through even the roots of the Shinju with little resistance, albeit the roots regenerated and were plentiful. The stream, like many others, will have its path altered as you adjust your aim. It is always important to pay attention to the scale of techniques, though. Make sure you never overestimate how large this technique is. It is extremely small and precise."Shout out to Mathias.
Once again I channel water chakra into the the soles of my feet before releasing it into the ground beneath me. From that I summon a thin body of water that allows me to move quickly whilst improving my mobility/flexibility. "Quite handy", I say whilst playing with the jutsu, "It can get quite ugly if the opponent decides to summon a column of lightning beneath me though".

(Suiton: Suidanha) Water Release: Severing WaveType: Offensive
Rank: S-rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description:
After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.
(Suiton: Suidan no Jutsu) - Water Release: Water Bullet TechniqueI take a deep breath then exhale the suiton chakra I molded from before. As soon as the chakra makes the contact with the body of air I convert it into water all the whilst compressing it together, forming a high pressured thin stream of water.
My bad, notif system is acting up. And could you check this out, thanks

(Suiton: Suidan no Jutsu) - Water Release: Water Bullet TechniqueType: Offensive/Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description: The user inhales and molds a great amount of chakra into their chest, exhaling a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards their intended target. The stream of water is so powerful and concentrated it can rip through most obstacles in its path. The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time.
(Suiton: Suijinchū) - Water Release: Water Encampment PillarType: Defensive
Rank: S
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra: 40
Damage: N/A
Description: A defensive technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into water, and then expelled from the mouth in a dense torrent, effectively creating a near instantaneous barricade that can be used to intercept incoming attacks.
"These next two techniques are very similar. Both expel torrents of water expelled from one's own mouth; this releases immense quantities of water. The first, the Water Bullet, can fill medium to large sized trenches, ravines, etc rather quickly. But it can also flood normal flat battlefields as well. It is great for a quick terrain changing move to utilize techniques which require a water source. The second technique does the same, but much, much faster. This creates a near instantaneous defensive barricade to protect the user from very large attacks."
Let's finish this up. Next two techniques. The first is probably the most useful water canon around. Basically you shape small to massive quantities of water into whatever you want to fit your needs. It is very convenient and versatile making it an incredible canon technique. Note that only Water primary masters can utilize this technique. The next set of jutsus were techniques I've been looking forward to learning for some time. I begin by pooling a large amount of suiton chakra into my lungs before Inhaling. Once the air has mixed with the chakra I exhale out a large amount to of water in the shape of a stream. It would have been a huge stream had I not condensed it.
The second technique, though difficult to perform, would prove useful in many situations. I gather more water chakra in my mouth and then expel it out on the ground before me. Immediately as this happens by way of shape manipulation I make it raise into a huge wall that covers my sides as well as the front.
