Your statement wasn't incoherent, it was just very, very vague and didn't convey a specific meaning.

Did you mean the fights wouldn't make sense? Did you mean Ace's feats wouldn't make sense? Did you mean the people he'd fight wouldn't make sense? Did you mean the timelines wouldn't make sense? Did you mean the story of them wouldn't make sense? You specified what you meant in this post here, but all of those could be answers to what your initial post was meant to convey as it was written.
