This is how I felt yesterday.

I never felt like this before yesterday, but I found out why.
I got laid yesterday morning. I'll never make the same mistake again.

It feels like the person who is normal weight and never worked out before. "RELATIVENESS" unless s/he is severely obese

Good for you. I get tired. My legs are killing me, but I keep up.

Currently my weight is 136 kilo (299 pounds), and I aim to 69 kilo (152 pounds) because I'm 169 cm (5.5 ft)

Take it easy, step by step, do not exagerate with work out. And don't give up! Good luck!

Run miles at trails if you can, and keep a weapon on you. You'll make mistakes along the way such as eating junk-food but keep at it and make sure the majority of your meals are healthy so that those small mishaps don't cause too much damage. Also, your weight might be messing with your height so try to burn as much weight as you can, 300 pounds is nowhere to be.

I eat at breakfast white cheese zero fat with brown bread, carrot and one fruit. For lunch grilled checken. No dinner. Drinking only water during the day, and walk for an hour and half. It made difference in 3 or 4 days in weight.

That's good man. Keep it up.

Losing weight is good for the mind. Not only are you fighting urges but when you lose the weight, you're inclined to do more productive things. But soon you're gonna have to drop the walking, if you don't push yourself to light jogs, the walking won't affect the body anymore.
