We know that Himawari unlocks her Byakugan before Naruto even officially becomes Hokage, so that means that in the anime and manga Himawari should have the Byakugan.

I hope we get to see her fight in the manga and anime. She even knows how to use the gentle fist perfect, she can KO Naruto and Kurama that is inside Naruto.

Boruto looked deeply at Himawari's eyes in Episode 3. I assume they hinted that she has the Byakugan
