While Oro can use Oral rebirth and Tsunade can regenerate. Jiraiya is a sitting duck.

Once jiraiya is out of the way Sasuke can work the others

God why are Orochimaru fanboys always crying that he's restricted from summoning other shinobi to fight for him?

As for the fight, Sasuke wins. He can spam Amaterasu and Susanoo and 90% of the Sannin's arsenal is useless against a fully formed susanoo. Tsunade can buff Jiraiya and Orochimaru's Ninjutsu, but none of it will ever reach a level close to Rasen Shuriken and Kirin which are what is needed to break the second strongest level of susanoo Sasuke possesses here.

-3 out of 3 can't dodge Amaterasu, but Oro can survive it. Tsunade can survive longer than Jiraiya but she won't be fighting. Jiraiya just dies.

-3 out of 3 of them cannot take on Susanoo and Sasuke in a close range to mid range battle. Susanoo's strikes are too powerful for them to block, too fast for them to dodge (Arrows and Magatama and Sword) and too powerful for them to survive after getting hit.

Kirin is just icing on the cake made of their organs. :lol Sasuke wins comfortably.
