I think it's either gonna be Sanji vs Katakuri or Sanji/Jinbei vs Katakuri though that may be too easy as Sanji seems to be a great counter to his ob haki and Jinbei is a great counter to his DF so if they did team up they should be able to take out Katakuri easily.

I see it as two options.
With the picture frame gone and the guns I dont think it will kill big mom what I do think it will do is cripple her down to about sick whitebeards level.

so we have this group of people who can all fight
-Vinsmokes
-Strawhats
-Bege pirates
And we have all the guests + all the commanders + Big mom

Thats a lot of moving bodies but they all might be required to take out big mom

The total left overs might be all captians vs big mom.
Judge + luffy + Bege + Jimbe + Nami + brook(for weather control + countering devil fruits)
Then sanji will handle the left overs with all the vinsmokes vito +co plus the remaining strawhats
Plus we still have that loaded bomb so even if the strawhats lose they can still defeat big mom.
