Why would you want an action/adventure manga to turn into a slice of life manga? If you like slice of life stuff go read one of those stories.

With light fun and action, naturally. That's what Boruto anime has been so far. Why would I need to go elsewhere to watch what I already got going on?

I think we have 2 episodes left before the academy arc is done. But tbh I dont think we are going to be dealing with post-movie characters..

[The Paradox]

I actually don't mind the slice of life/light action route they've taken. This is just the academy days, so I expect it to be themed this way. This sets it apart from part 1 Naruto. They had light moments, but it wasn't slice of life light. I know once they are shown as genin and chunin, along with the destruction (Kawaki) arc.. things will become more like Shippuden again. Action/Drama. Until then, I really don't mind seeing the kids have some character development and make connections before they are paired up and sent on missions, and eventually faced with loss. It will make it more impactful later on.
