The Yin-Yang dynamic applies to Sarada as much as Mitsuki

Her MS design is a sun and Kishi will only use the sun as a symbol if there's a moon to 'complete' his symbolism/metaphors. I think Mitsuki is basically going to be the missing link for both Boruto and Sarada because Orochimaru expects his role within Boruto's team to be the 'moon'. (in the Mitsuki novel)



Boruto symbolizes 'sun' because of Naruto's lineage but since he is paralleled a lot to Sasuke he might also require Hashi cells to use his dojutsu like Sasuke.


And Sarada's symbol is the 'sun' because of the will she inherited which is the same will Obito passed on, although her eye design might also be the lunar eclipse instead (sun + moon)

As a clone Mitsuki is most likely made of Hashi cells and as a potential Tenseigan/Mangekyo user, both Boruto and Sarada might require Ashura's power to use their full potential. Kishi not involving Sasuke's child in a Yin-Yang theme with Naruto's child makes 0 sense, she WILL be Boruto's equal

Well, Sarada looks up to Naruto and she has inherited Itachi's will of fire. The possibility of Sarada being the sun exists, even though I think that sun/moon dynamic is over used and boring. But if that's the way she's going to get portrayed and that's what is going to make her strong, I'm open to that possibility.

That's how I see it anyway. They all share important relationships. Sarada is not inferior to Mitsuki in that stance, but her role in this, is the heroine (and future Hokage). She's supposed to lead the Village one day. In Mitsuki's stance, he's supposed to be Boruto's fighting partner, I think. While with Sarada, Boruto is going to be working together with her (as in a physical job).

But I think they all will fight side by side (as a trio and/or duo).

Sarada being especially talented with shuriken and Naruto's signature jutsu being a shuriken is a possible hint at something.

If that were to be the case it would seem convoluted to me...

Oro referred to Boruto being like the sun and Mitsu like the moon if I remember correctly so throwing Sarada in there with sun symbolism and relate it to Boruto and Mitsu just wouldn't make sense.

On the other hand, being that the Uchiha legacy has been one of darkness, her ms being shaped like the sun may relate to her being the Uchiha that brings the clan out of the darkness and into the light and with that light guiding the village as the first true Uchiha Hokage.

For those who may say Sasuke did that with the help of Naruto, I would disagree. Hes still a Uchiha that prefers to live in the shadows behind the scenes doing his thing.
