I don't really get it. In databook stats both Kakashi and Jiraiya have 4.5 in speed, so how SM dosen't make Jiraiya to be fatser than Kakashi?

That's overall body speed. Not Shunshin.

Nope. Kabuto's impressive speed feats don't lie in Shunshin speed nor does he have any spectacular (or any at all) Shunshin feats so there's no way to put him above someone who's established their speed such as Kakashi. Basically regular movement speed and reaction speed=/=Shunshin.

I think 6 gate Gai is faster than Itachi/ MS Sasuke

Not by feats. Gai's main strength in that mode is the speed he strikes, not his Shunshin. Itachi and Sasuke have some of the best Shunshin feats in the Manga outside of the god tier so there's no way Gai can go above them without feats of his own.

Gai used Shunshin here and Sasuke said that his speed is above Kakashi´s (databook also gives Hebi Sasuke and Kakashi 4,5 while Gai has 5 in speed). And this is base Gai without gates.Now we know that Gai is constantly in training unlike Kakashi so there is no way that Kakashi could close that gap with training .

Now all we need to do is remember what huge increase in speed Lee had with 5 gate. If we apply that increase to Gai and his base speed (which is already confirmed to be faster than Kakashi´s) than we can make non biased conclusion that 6 gate Gai should be way faster than MS Sasuke or Itachi.

And if I remember correctly Deidara and Killer Bee didn´t have problem to physically react to Hebi/MS Sasuke speed blitz attempt.Don´t know about Itachi.

An off panel interception feat isn't a valid feat because you can't show when Gai left and how far away he was when he left. All you know is that from an unknown distance he saved Kakashi from the Gudo Dama. Obviously wasn't that far because he was in the 5th Gate and we already know that the 5th Gate is nowhere near fast enough to pull off this feat from a considerable distance away given how fast the Gudo Dama are in comparison to 2x Kamui.
