If his eyes were sealed he wouldn't of been able to see sasuke against the wall and he would never of been resurrected with his eyes.
How is Sasuke suppose to use EMS if Itachi's eyes are blind sealed? You can't use blind eyes fro ems.

I can name at least 10 things that shouldn't be possible with Edo resurrections. As for EMS we never fully got to see the process who who knows.
