Looks​

Kuzan is an incredibly tall, slim and muscular man. He has black, curly hair cut to chin length that fans out at the tips, tanned skin and an altogether lean, long build. His standard outfit while in the Amegakure consists of a white buttoned-up vest with standing collar over a long-sleeved navy blue shirt and matching white trousers and shoes, rarely accompanied by a matching suit jacket.He also wears a yellow tie divided geometrically by black lines and a sleep mask on his forehead. He also is seen wearing a green and purple sleep mask at all times. Altogether, his looks, combined with his manner, make him appear even younger than he actually is. As a child Kuzan had a grimace on his face. He wore a dirty light blue shirt and a purple pair of shorts with white stripes. He carried an umbrella tied on his back, a bottle of alcohol and a backpack. Also, his hair was curlier compared to his current hairstyle. He now wears a blue bandana and a dark blue trench-coat along with black pants and a white deep V-neck shirt. He also now wears black cowboy boots and travels with a knapsack carrying his belongings along with his old pair of green round sunglasses.​

Personality​

Kuzan is a very laid back man, showing no shock or surprise from almost anything. His lack of interest and "Lazy Justice" (as he describes his motto himself) often leads others to believe that he can not possibly be a shinobi. However, if he deems a situation worthy, he will take action. He appears to be benevolent. Kuzan has a sense of honor, as he keeps his word to not attack a group of ninja's after accepting a one-on-one battle with their leader. Kuzan's moral stance is unknown, but it is likely that he follows Moral Justice. He is disgusted by other shinobi's brutal actions in dealing with situations, calling them a fool. While he may follow Moral Justice, he does understand the position his affiliation puts him in, as he does not hesitate to do what is necessary for the needs of the Amegakure. Aokiji is a faithful shinobi of the Amegakure . He always tries to follow orders but sometimes finds his own ideals in opposition to his orders.Even as he follows his orders, he sometimes exhibits a sense of mercy and honor. He has a recurring phrase, "Arara", meaning "Oh, my", which is frequently used when something surprises him.​

History​

While not much is known about Kuzan's past it is still known that he was born in Yukigakure to yuki clan parents. At some point in his life joined Sunagakure where his most of life was spent. He made many friends there, and learned a lot of things. But certain events made the kazekage of that time to expel him from the village. After which he decided to go to Amegakure. He currently resides in Amegakure.​

Kuzan has trained highly in water Element. Through years of hard and extensive training he has achieved such high level mastery in water element that it has become his First Affinity and he can perform all Suiton techniques with a single handseal.​

Raiton Mastery

Kuzan has trained highly in Lightning Element. Through years of hard and extensive training he has achieved such high level mastery in lightning element that it has become his Second Affinity and he can perform all Raiton techniques with faster handseals.​

Umbrella

Hidden Rain's signature weapon. Umbrella's are shown to be used frquently by Rain ninja in anime/manga, this is an optional weapon to add to their biographies. Their abilities:

Gliding: Once high in the air and using a wind technique to create a gust an open umbrella could allow extended periods in air by gliding, with the advantage of wind direction user could move long distances slowly but easily and dropping in altitude. With any given technique that pushes, a user could glide above 25m high in the air and move with the speed of 8m/turn.
Senbon Shower: releases a hailing "shower" of senbon. It cannot be dodged by moving away since the needles cover a wide area in all directions, controlled by chakra. Although the needles are said to be able to pierce a five millimetre thick steel sheet, they can still be blocked by a powerful enough shield. Medical ninja can dip their senbon with poison to increase their lethality.

Added Modification: Wires, the ribcage of the umbralla could be modified to shoot out wires from the end. This could be used to bind targets.
Added Modification: Water jet, C rank & Short-Mid range. Shoot a sharp jet stream of water at the opponent from the tip of the umbrella to push them back.
Added Modification: Flame thrower, C rank & Short-Mid range. Spews flames from the tip of the umbrella to burn down opponents or ignite objects.
