-Shinra Tensei at it's strongest even w/o CST is still fatal for Gaara and maybe Ay and it can repel every one of their attacks considering what it did to the Gamatrio. Ay might survive but if he's left alone then killing him won't be an issue. Gaara's Sand attacks can be repelled by Shinra Tensei, ground attacks can be evaded by hopping on the bird. Ay gets blown back by Asura rockets if he tries to approach them in air w/ his speed, or he gets reeled in against his will by BT and promptly killed. Pain can still win.
-If Tobirama ever gets close a boss toad repelling Shinra Tensei blows him and any nearby markings away thus preventing him from abusing the 5 second cooldown with ease and also seriously injuring him. Tsunade would shrug it off due to Byakugo but ST/BT give Pain the openings he needs to take her soul or some shit like that, but that could also be a bad idea since Tobirama can mark Tsunade. Pain wins still.
-Mei and Onoki definitely lose. Acid Mist is a bad idea because not only can Pain clear the mist, but Onoki is here as well. Onoki and Mei's main force is Ninjutsu that Preta would just absorb. The means that they would use to get around Preta are easily countered by Deva, Asura and Animal Path's abilities too.
-Hiruzen and Danzo lose for the same reasons Mei and Onoki lose. Preta eats Ninjutsu. They don't stand a chance if they come close. Shared Vision makes Izanagi's surprise attack function useless.
-Minato and Gengetsu win. Low-mid diff if Gengetsu's genjutsu can be made not to affect his allies. Mid diff if it has to affect allies.
-Raikage and Mizukage stomp because they can replicate Ay and Onoki's backpack strategy, except this time the Raikage is a tank and has a tech that can tear through a body more durable than V3 Susanoo moving at V2 Ay+ speeds.
-Can't tell who wins since we don't have an accurate measure of power for Darui, Kurotsuchi and Chojuro. If they had their feats fleshed out they'd more likely than not win pretty handily.
For most of these matches CST and CT would just be massive overkill that guarantees a win 100% of the time. Not needed at all.
