Pain is akatsuki leader..he is strongest..

Would be a good fight. I'm giving it to Minato though, takes out Deva before he can react, and the rest is history.

Pain wins, Minato has no counter to Pain's trump cards and FTG isn't the "perfect counter" to ST like some people believe. Naraka path is helpful here as well.

Pain wins mid-high diff. Closer to mid.

-CST and CT are auto one shots if ever used.
-ST counters Kunai. When on cooldown instead of using ST to block Kunai the other Pains can either intercept with their black rods or Asura can use his missiles. Or Deva can just hover above the ground using Animal's Bird.

Deva gets wrecked by FTG, the 6 paths together might be able to do something about it, Deva won't.

Anyways Minato if he has intel will know what's what, will target the Pains that will get in his way from taking out Deva first. Asura path will be taken out immediately. Factoring in battle tactics Pain is pretty below average, give Minato intel and he has a shot at this.

Minato has Kunai in a multitude of places, realistically there is no such thing as battle field removal unless it is specifically restricted by the OP, Minato avoids universal pull anytime he wants, CT and CST are also escaped via the same method.

Ofcourse Pain has the edge overall as he will be the aggressor but Minato definitely has what it takes to win.

Who's a Minato fan?

You can have all the power in the world (which pain has) but if you can't hit a guy you can't do anything about it. Minato has just the right tools to maximize his limited abilities.

He can escape any attack Pain dishes at him if he really wants to, it might seem cheap to some but it's just how it is.

OT:if its all 6 paths then i don't see minato winning. Figuring out pain's abilities much less formulating plans to stop it is too high a wall for even the best of shinobi. only those that have sheer raw power (hashi/madara types) would win.

so wait? you're saying pain wasn't serious? he seemed pretty serious to me. It's not like st is a 1 shot kill move, and both choji and choza shown the ability to do things immediately after getting hit.
