Does Boruto Have More Potential Than Sarada?

You know Sarada have lightning style right?(from that little Boruto info page) and fire style(natural Uchiha element)

Boruto as the MC will obviously have more potential but Sarada won't be weak as she'll be Hokage.

she'll be Hokage by default since no one wants the position

Boruto literally gave it to her

Mitsuki wants to follow Boruto and doesn't give a crap

and Himawari is a Solo Queen and has no busniness with simple matters


plus there is a difference between Kage level and Ootsuki level like Naruto and Sasuke

Boruto will be stronger for obvious reasons, not only beacuse of him being MC. It also seems that "Uchiha showtime" is over. Nevertheless, regarding to their potential I would say they are even. We haven't seen much of Boruto's Hyuuga genes though, the same goes for Sarada's Uchiha powers. Both of them will be OP for sure, with Sarada possibly becoming the most powerful kunoichi in history. As for Boruto, I don't think he will be stronger than Naruto and Sasuke, but to be honest I wouldn't be surprised (Naruto universe logic, or rather lack of it). Time will tell.

On another note, both have potential. With Boruto's powers, he could possibly be one of the most powerful shinobi in history. Sarada also has the potential to become a great shinobi and Hokage, but only if she is trained right.

I mean, don't get me wrong, her being trained by Sakura to learn Byakugou and medincal nin skills is good. However, she needs to explore some new training techniques by either her father or Naruto. Otherwise, she'll just be Sakura with the Sharingan forever.

You can argue that this shouldn't be the case, but it probably will be. Naturally speaking, Sarada should be better with 3T/MS/Physical Strength/Regeneration and good elemental jutsu. But Boruto's already gotten asspulls in dojutsu and curse marks which raise his standings considerably, so you can already see how this turns out.

If she were a guy and a true rival to Bort then she may be able to stay balanced with Bort by getting her own share of free power ups too just so that they could stay even. This is why Sasuke was just as powerful as Naruto at the end even though he was not the main character. Since she is a girl and not Bort's rival though I just don't think they are going to go out of their way to have her match Bort every time he get's a main character privilege induced power up. She still may be stronger than any female character we saw besides Kaguya who doesn't count though.

If she masters chakra enhanced strength, get's the three tomoe sharingan, and is able to use decent level genjutsu she will arguably already be stronger than any of the other women. That still would not put her on Bort's level whose alien given power ups may have him fighting at Naruto and Sasuke's god level.

Ashura + Hamura + Momoshiki (Boruto) has more potential than Indra + fodder (Sarada), for obvious reasons.
