The US military strike didn't kill any civilians if that's what you're referring about.
Which Syrians are happy that Trump took action and hope he continues instead of letting it go like Obama did/promising chemical weapons were taken out. Because they wanted someone to actually fight and take back their country instead of becoming refugees.

The only ones who are strongly unhappy about it is North Korea and they see what the US did as a threat since Trump showed if someone stepped out of line (like using chemical weapons) then he's not afraid to choose the military option . The US recently deployed ships to the Western Pacific Ocean to be sure NK doesn't do anything. Which while Trump and President Xi met they were discussing about how dangerous NK had gotten with testing missiles and seeking nuclear weapons capability. If they do anything China agrees that action needs to be taken because NK is also a threat too China as well it seems.

Well, news say that Russia and Iran warn US they will 'respond with force' if red lines crossed in Syria again.

Shit will get real...... I guess. The worst case scenario I expect more countries will join forces against Russia and Iran. North Korea might join Russia and Iran.

Yep. Right now the US are warning Russia to back off from Syria and North Korea is preparing for war,sending coded messages too sleeper agents while they get ready for another missiles test that may go further.
